Overland Properties is a full-stack real estate company with experience managing large apartment complexes. We manage over 10 large complexes and 2,500+ units (multi-family, single-family, commercial) in Columbus, across Ohio, and in Chicago, along with properties in Florida.
Overland Properties
Overland Properties was established in 2012 as a remodeling company operating in the local Cleveland market. In the early days, our main focus was on locating real estate assets for investment and identifying opportunities for investors.
As we grew, the need to build a strong foundation to support our properties and investor community became a necessity, so we started our management company to be the backbone of the whole structure. From family and friends, word spread, and a community of over 1,000 investors was created, who now enjoy the services of a long-standing and experienced family company that provides a one-stop shop for all real estate matters, including renovations and home improvement, property management, a realtor team that locates properties for investors, and handling acquisitions and property sales.
Our main offices are located in Willoughby, Ohio. Overland Properties manages over 2,500 units, including over 10 large apartment complexes, for over 1,000 local and foreign investors across Ohio, Chicago, and Florida.
